The catalogue

Every title is written to be read in an evening and used the next morning. Buy them one at a time, or take the set.

The Vagus Nerve Reset Method

Gavin Wilder · Naturally heal yourself, relieve stress, and restore calm

The vagus nerve is the line between your brain and the organs that decide whether you feel wired or settled. This book explains that connection in ordinary language, then hands you the practices that act on it.

  • Breathing patterns that slow the heart within minutes
  • Humming, gargling and cold exposure, and when each is worth it
  • A short daily sequence for people who wake up already tense

The Art of Breath

Aurora Flow · A guide to breathing exercises for health and healing

A working manual of breathing exercises, sorted by what you need from them — sleep, focus, steadiness before something difficult. Each exercise gives the count, the posture and the reason it works.

  • Box breathing, coherent breathing, extended exhale and more
  • What to use before sleep, and what to avoid at night
  • How to build a five-minute practice you actually repeat

Awaken Your Body

Gavin Wilder · A practical guide to somatic exercises for healing, vitality and self-awareness

Somatic work starts from the inside: noticing what the body is already doing, then changing it gently. No equipment, no floor space beyond a mat, nothing that looks like a workout.

  • Body scans and grounding drills for tension you carry all day
  • Slow movement sequences for hips, jaw, neck and shoulders
  • How to tell strain from release, and when to stop

Forest Bathing

Osaka Nakamura · Heal yourself with nature

Shinrin-yoku is not a hike. It is a slow, attentive walk with your phone away, and it has a method. This book gives you the practice, the research behind it, and what to do when the nearest forest is a city park.

  • A first walk, laid out step by step
  • Sense-by-sense invitations to work through as you go
  • Winter, rain and small-green-space variations

Sacred Breaths

Kevin Shepherd · A Christian path to healing and wholeness, with 100 scripture-based breath prayers

One hundred short prayers drawn from scripture, each shaped to a single inhale and exhale. Written for people who want stillness without borrowing a practice from another tradition.

  • 100 breath prayers, each with its verse
  • Arranged by need: fear, grief, gratitude, waiting, rest
  • Guidance for morning, evening and the middle of a hard day

Studio work, by request

The books are one half of what happens here. The other half is building things like this page for other people — and wiring up the AI that runs behind them.

Web design and build

Small, fast, hand-built sites. No page builder, no theme you have to fight, nothing that breaks when a plugin updates.

  • Storefronts and digital product funnels
  • Marketing sites for local wellness and service businesses
  • Landing pages built around one clear action
  • Rebuilds of sites that have grown slow and heavy

AI systems and automation

Practical work with language models: the kind that removes a recurring task from someone's week rather than demoing well.

  • Answering, qualifying and following up with leads
  • Document and record processing at volume
  • AI receptionists
  • Custom internal tools and web apps

Questions

What exactly do I get?

A PDF, sent to your email the moment payment clears. It opens on a phone, a tablet, a laptop or a printer, and it is yours to keep — no login, no expiry, no subscription attached.

Can I print it?

Yes. The pages are set for letter and A4, so a home printer handles them without cutting off text. Plenty of people print just the exercise pages and leave the rest on screen.

Are these medical books?

No. They describe practices — breathing, movement, walking, prayer — that people use alongside proper care, not in place of it. If something in your body needs a doctor, see one first.

What if the book isn't for me?

Write within 30 days and you get your money back. No form to fill in and no explanation required.

Who writes them?

Dharma Design Collective is a small independent press. Titles appear under the author names on their covers, and each book is edited and typeset here before release.
